Taps Across America

Since 2020, I have had the pleasure and honor to participate in Taps Across America, by sounding the bugle call “Taps” on Memorial Day at 3:00pm, and many of you across the valley have come to join me at either the Arch Springs Cemetery or the St. John’s Church Cemetery.

Once again, I will continue to participate in this endeavor and offer my way of remembering those who have been a part of protecting so much of what we have in this country. Those who we owe so much to.

This year, I will start at the Arch Springs cemetery next to the Sinking Valley Presbyterian Church at 3:00pm and immediately following, travel to St. John’s Church Cemetery. Everyone is welcome to come, join in the moment of silence, and hear the call “Taps”, as a way to remember and honor the many who have served our nation.

I hope to see you there.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

MS Glimcher Keystone Country Bike Ride Rest Stop, Saturday,

June 21st – 7:45 a.m. – 1 p.m.

We are excited to announce that St. John’s will be a rest stop for the Annual MS Glimcher Keystone Country Bike Ride Rest Stop again this year. They are looking for volunteers to help with this. It’s a fun way to volunteer and support the bike riders who are raising money for the MS Society.
